I take the responsibility each owner bestows on us very seriously. I constantly check every craftsman and supplier we use for competence and see to it they carry adequate insurance. To further protect your investment, I disburse all funds through a reputable title company who insures that all lien waivers are collected and that every site is adequately insured. I attempt to lay out expectations and responsibilities prior to construction to make the process -- from meeting with my superintendent for construction details to selections and allowances -- as stress-free as possible.
